Privacy & access

LoadBrief is a Wellmade Systems project for sharing pickup and delivery information. Account details, packet contents, uploaded documents and activity records are stored on our hosted server. Passwords are hashed. No payment information is collected.

Who can see a packet?

The workspace owner can edit and download its information. Anyone with a current driver or facility link can read the published packet and selected documents until the link expires or is revoked. Driver phone numbers are omitted from the facility view. Returned driver documents stay private to the workspace owner unless selected and published.

Share links only with intended recipients. A forwarded link can be used by another person. We do not independently verify link holders’ identity. Driver acknowledgments, arrivals and corrections are self-reported.

What is recorded?

We record published revisions and packet actions to show handoff history. Hashed identifiers are used to limit repeated requests. Essential sign-in cookies maintain your session. Unsaved form details may be stored temporarily in your browser tab to recover interrupted edits. Public links and documents are marked against indexing and caching.

Limits and retention

Early access has no automatic deletion schedule or self-service account deletion. Operational backups may retain earlier data. Do not upload identification documents, payment information, hazardous-material emergency instructions as a sole source, or information you are not authorized to share. Download and keep required business records in your normal systems.

No marketing analytics or advertising trackers are included in this release. Automated SMS, email notifications and payment processing are disabled. Browser-generated links to phone calls use your own device.

Account recovery and deletion requests require contacting the operator through your existing early-access contact. If you do not have an operator contact or need a contractual retention or support commitment, use the fictional demo until those arrangements are in place.
