EARLY ACCESS · OCTOBER 3, 2026
Use LoadBrief as a handoff aid.
LoadBrief is an experimental information-sharing service operated as a Wellmade Systems project. Early access is free, with no billing or service-level guarantee. Features and limits may change.
Your responsibility
The workspace owner is accountable for the accuracy, permission to share and timely updating of packet details and documents. Confirm pickup references, appointments, driver identity and cargo release through your established procedures. A completed checklist checks whether fields are filled in; it does not establish that they are correct.
Documents and reported actions
A LoadBrief packet is not a legal bill of lading, electronic signature, proof of delivery, identity credential or cargo-release authorization. Documents uploaded by participants remain their documents. Acknowledgment and arrival events only indicate an action by someone holding a link.
Keep a fallback
Use your normal dispatch contact and required documents if LoadBrief is unavailable. Corrections and uploads appear in the workspace but do not trigger automatic notifications. Call for urgent issues. Keep required business records in your existing system.
Access and acceptable use
Do not access another organization’s packets without permission, distribute links publicly, upload malicious files, or use this service for information you are not authorized to process. Shared links expire after seven days by default and may be withdrawn sooner. Early access currently allows one owner per workspace, up to 1,000 packets, and 250 MB of documents.
There is no payment commitment. Future pricing, if offered, will require a separate choice. If you require guaranteed availability, integrations, compliance certification or managed support, this early-access version does not provide those commitments.
